I’ve always wanted to go to the TWA Hotel, and The Buckleys gave me a perfect reason to go! Kristen & Steven, I truly had a blast capturing your celebration of love with friends and family by your side. “I love you from Manhattan to Montauk.” When their original 2020 wedding plans had to be moved, Christina & Joe were too eager to wait and decided to tie the knot in their favorite place, Montauk. However, I got to be a part of their “second” wedding in the Big Apple. And what a beautiful day it was! When I look back on this day, there were tons of memorable moments. One that stands out to me was how incredibly cute their vows were. It’s easy to say they probably finish each other’s sentences! Christina & Joe, you two are a perfect match. After a year of uncertainty, I got to kick off my 2021 wedding season with these two incredible people. From our engagement session and suffering poison ivy together, to helping each other plan our weddings during the pandemic, I really got to know Jessica & Vinny well and happy to call them my friends. Despite the rain on their wedding, they were all smiles and they did not let that stop them from having the most amazing time. When their plans fell through due to COVID, Miranda & Doug got to work to have the most unique boho wedding right in their own backyard surrounded by their family & friends. There was a petting zoo and even a bounce house! Miranda & Doug, you two were so fun to work with and the day couldn't have been more perfect. You two really made your dream into a reality! "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans". 2020 has been a tough year for a lot of people. While the coronavirus may have cancelled the original wedding plans for Shannon & Danny, it do not once stop them from officially tying the knot and becoming husband and wife. This day was so perfect and their mini wedding celebration was something so unique, I just loved being a part of it! And the fact that they did this at their own home where they’ll continue to make so many amazing memories, is even more special. It may not have been exactly how they envisioned this day but it was so clear to see how truly strong their love is.
